Power Affiliate Marketing Review
Power Affiliate Marketing is not just an ebook, it’s an entire
package. Created by Ewen Chia, Jo Han Mok and Alex Tan it consists of an
86 page ebook, written by Ewen, an audio of almost an hour about the
marketing part of affiliate marketing and 7 .pdf files on marketing
derived from a e-class taught by Jo Han and Alex utilizing information
from a world-class offline direct marketer (they don’t identify him on
their website so I won’t either but he is very good).
The first module is the audio, and I was kinda bored. It seemed like it
was aimed at the beginner and is conducted as a roundtable discussion
between all three guys. They heavily believe in the affiliate model of
building an email list and they spend a lot of tome on that. The
information is solid but if you are not a beginner, the real gold is in
the second module.
This consists of the Power Affiliate Marketing Manual. It starts off a
little slow but it really picks up steam by the end. Again, this mostly
relates to building an affiliate business through your own email list but
this is Good Stuff! The book has three sections and the last two are where
you’ll get your money’s worth. The first section is pretty basic, but
there is one especially good chapter on what Ewen calls the BCP factor,
which if you really get, will ensure your success in affiliate marketing.
The second section is the Affiliate Power Map System. Seeing this blew me
away! It’s a complete system for becoming a super affiliate, all in one
little graphic. Everything in that graphic is then explained, allowing you
to implement these elements into your business right away. Now there isn’t
room to go into as much detail as they deserve on some of these steps so
additional resources are mentioned, and yes they are affiliate links (or
links to his other products) but they are all in the context of learning
more about the steps in his system. I don’t personally mind this (in fact,
I expect it from someone who is teaching affiliate marketing), but I know
some people do, so now you are forewarned.
The third section is the EPAC Power Formula, which is where you learn to
take your affiliate marketing efforts and supercharge them. It isn’t
called affiliate marketing for nothing and that’s what this section is all
about. It’s a short section but it is definitely valuable material.
The third module is the Ninja Marketing reports. There are 7 lessons and
each one ranges from 30 to about 55 pages in length. Each lesson starts
with a key marketing concept and is then followed with the detailed
examination of promotions that show how the concepts are applied. Next up,
you get a quiz (just like school) and finally a practical assignment. Now,
this is all good information, but frankly, some of it just doesn’t apply
to affiliate marketing so I was actually a little disappointed with this
part.
Overall, however, this package is a real good place for you to jumpstart
your affiliate business, on the condition that you are going to build an
email list. There are other affiliate business models that don’t require
that, but you won’t learn them here.
